Established by friends and family to honour Steven Noble’s life and values, supporting community wellbeing and access in the Limestone Coast.

The Steven Noble Memorial Sub Fund was established in memory of Steven John Noble—a beloved member of the Port MacDonnell, Allendale East and Kongorong communities. Steven grew up on a family dairy farm in Allendale East and attended Allendale East Area School, where his warmth, loyalty and generosity left a lasting impression.

Known for his friendly nature and a smile that could light up any room, Steven was deeply connected to his community and always put others before himself. A talented sportsman, he played football for the Port MacDonnell Football Club from junior level through to senior ranks, captaining the Premiership team in 2012. He was just two games shy of his 150th milestone. His father, Chris Noble (dec), was also a respected figure in the Kongorong Football Club, continuing a family legacy of community and sport.

Established by Steven’s wife, Courtney, with the support of friends and family, the sub fund reflects Steven’s values—generosity, community spirit, and care for others. Its first major initiative was the purchase of a community bus, housed at Allendale East Area School, which provides access and support for students and community groups across the region. The bus promotes education, inclusion and road safety awareness, and stands as a lasting tribute to Steven’s legacy.

Managed by Stand Like Stone, the sub fund continues to support charitable initiatives in the communities Steven loved—Port MacDonnell, Allendale East and Kongorong.
