There are many ways to give

There are many ways to contribute to important causes in the Limestone Coast through Stand Like Stone Foundation.

Give to an existing fund

Donate now to an existing fund that aligns with your area of interest so that we can increase the pool of funds in these investments and boost the allocations available for grants, scholarships and other initiatives now and for generations to come.

Establish a new fund

Stand Like Stone makes it easy for organisations, individuals or families to support community projects in their geographic area or target a specific area of interest by contributing to or establishing a sub-fund.

Donors contributing more than $20,000 can establish their own sub-fund and indicate their preferred group or type of charities or projects to benefit. The donation is pooled and invested with other trust funds, but accounted for separately. Grants and scholarships are named as having been made from the sub-fund.

Donations made to the public, open and educational scholarship funds are perpetual, with the capital preserved and only income generated used to give grants or scholarships, becoming a substantial community funding tool over time.

Leave a gift in your will

A bequest to the Stand Like Stone Foundation is a powerful way to support your community beyond your lifetime. It ensures your values live on through charitable impact across the Limestone Coast.

Leaving a gift in your will to the Stand Like Stone Foundation is a meaningful way to create lasting change. Bequests help fund scholarships, community projects, and charitable initiatives that strengthen the Limestone Coast for generations to come.

You can choose to support a specific cause, community, or sub fund—or leave your gift unrestricted to meet emerging needs. Every bequest, large or small, contributes to a permanent legacy of generosity and impact.

We recommend speaking with your legal advisor to include Stand Like Stone in your will. Suggested wording and guidance are available on request, and we’re happy to discuss how your gift can reflect your values and vision.

If you’ve already included Stand Like Stone in your will, we’d love to hear from you. Sharing your intentions helps us plan for the future and honour your legacy with care.

Give to the Back to School Program - Help Local Kids Start School Strong

Stand Like Stone’s Back to School program provides $50 vouchers to help Limestone Coast families afford essential school items like uniforms, shoes, backpacks and stationery. In 2025, we raised $17,500 and supported 350 students — and in 2026, we’re aiming to reach 600. Vouchers are distributed to children from families eligible for the South Australian school card scheme, offering targeted relief to those most impacted by rising living costs. These small but powerful contributions help stretch tight budgets, reduce stigma, and ensure children feel confident, included and ready to benefit from everything school offers — learning, connection and opportunity. Your donation keeps this vital program going.
