Application Procedure

Stand Like Stone conducts two grant rounds annually.  Grant making rounds are publicly announced, identifying the targeted area of interest. 
 
Grant making rounds are announced through the Stand Like Stone Foundation bi-monthly newsletter, on our website www.standlikestone.com.au and via a media release to local media outlets.
 
Applicants need to complete the Stand Like Stone Foundation Grant Application form and we strongly recommend that you read the Grant Making Guidelines prior to filling in the Grant Application form.  We will match your project to the appropriate fund. 
 
The Grant Application form can be obtained by contacting the Stand Like Stone Foundation office on 8721 0480 or email info@standlikestone.com.au or by downloading a form from www.standlikestone.com.au
 
You are welcome to discuss your idea and are encouraged to do so if you are unsure whether your project meets our criteria.  All successful applicants will be required to sign a Grant Agreement and provide a report on the use of the funds.
 
Grant applications must be lodged by mail and must be received or postmarked no later than the closing date.  The completed Application together with supporting documentation should be sent to:

Reporting Procedure

Recipients of grants are required to provide a Grant Acquittal Report within 1 month of the stated completion date of your project (as listed on your application form).
 
If you are not able to complete your project by the date stated on your application please contact the Executive Officer or send an email to info@standlikestone.com.au
 
So we can share your achievements and the success of your project we really like to receive photos of your project and how you spent your grant.  Photos can be emailed to info@standlikestone.com.au
